The Details

The Plan

I will create a 10-14 day strategy specifically for . I will look at what your child needs from all angles. Medical history, feeding/nutrition, age, personality, sleep environment and your parenting style as I create their sleep plan.

The Consult

We will discuss some of the "why's" and 'how's " about sleep and then go through the plan that I have prepared for you. We will discuss the different strategies and any questions you may have a long the way.

Support

We will both monitor 's sleep patterns for the duration of the time we have together. This will allow us to track success and identify areas for improvement as things progress.

Resource Guide - a guide containing advice for how to tackle common sleep hiccups people encounter in the future ( developmental milestones, travelling, time changes, sickness and nap transitions)

Method

I do not teach the cry-it-out method. We want you to learn to listen and tend to your child's way of communicating according to what they need. Crying is your child's way of protesting change, and you can expect that making changes to their sleep habits will result in some protest.  My method is gentle and allows you to respond to your child.
